Information you provide

TryOnFit processes account details, model photographs, garment images, and generated try-on results to provide the service. Images remain associated with your account and are stored in private storage when storage is configured.

AI image processing

Your images are sent to a third-party AI provider to generate the Virtual Try-On result you request. The selected provider may process image data under its own terms. Do not upload images unless you have the rights and consent needed to use them.

Retention and deletion

You may request deletion of your models, garments, generated results, and account. The Delete button moves images to a private trash. Delete permanently removes the stored image; deleting a saved look removes the bookmark. You can close your account after cancelling subscriptions and finishing pending generations. The shared sign-in identity used by other apps is not deleted. A closed-account marker prevents another free trial. Anonymous billing records may be retained for accounting. Third-party AI providers have their own retention policies.

User feedback

Feedback is visible only to the site administrator. Anonymous feedback does not store your account ID or email; avoid including personal details in the message. Named feedback includes your account email and is removed when you close your TryOnFit account. Anonymous feedback cannot be linked to an account for automatic deletion; contact support with its content if you need it removed. Sign-in and daily rate limits protect the submission form from abuse.

Security

We use access controls and private, time-limited image links when supported by your storage configuration. No internet service can promise absolute security.
